Life and Therapy requires a full 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules of any sessions, because when an appointment is scheduled, that time is reserved for the client. If for any reason you can not attend a session, or choose to reschedule an appointment without providing 48 hours advance notice there is no refund money, just rescheduling.
